True Value Spaces is an upcoming player in central India's warehouse and logistics hub. We currently hold more than five million square feet of prime land across multiple locations, which can be developed as a logistics park or used to create large warehouses. We are keen to partner with corporates in their growth and provide turnkey solutions for warehousing requirements in and around Nagpur, and we are open to long-term lease contracts with such corporates.
In addition, we can facilitate the acquisition of land and the creation of necessary infrastructure on such land. Our turnkey solutions include customised construction with the necessary certifications, power connections, local clearances, water supply, power backup, and other essential ancillary infrastructure.
